What we collect. If you sign up for permit alerts, we collect your email address and the city/trade preferences you choose. That's it — no accounts, no tracking pixels, no ads, no analytics cookies.
How we use it. Your email is used solely to send the permit digests you requested and service notices about your subscription. We never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Permit data. The permit records shown on this site are public records published by city governments on their official open-data portals. We aggregate and republish them unmodified. If you believe a record is inaccurate, contact the issuing city — or us, and we'll suppress it from our copies.
Unsubscribing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or reply "stop" and we remove you within 48 hours.
Data deletion. Email hello@permitsradar.co and we'll delete everything we hold about you within 30 days.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
